Dmitry has been involved in the accounting and finance field for more than 15 years and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma. He is an AICPA member, OSCPA Trailblazer, Tulsa Leadership Class 50 participant, Oklahoma’s top 40 under 40 recipient and has served on numerous non-profit boards in the Tulsa community. As President and CEO of LEAP Advisory LLC, Dmitry provides a wealth of experience with system transition / implementation, audit readiness, growth initiatives and identifying expense management opportunities.
Dmitry graduated from Iowa State University with his undergraduate and graduate degree in accounting but calls Tulsa, Oklahoma home with his wife and two daughters.
Sherry has more than 30 years of experience in accounting management and leadership. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Oklahoma, a Certified Management Accountant, and a member of the AICPA, OSCPA and Institute of Management Accountants. During Sherry’s career, she has worked as an auditor for a national firm, served in accounting management roles for both private and public entities, complied with SEC reporting and ensured SOX compliance. She has held several titles including Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
Sherry was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in accounting.
Sarah Vernon is the Director of Operations at LEAP Advisory, where she leverages more than 16 years of leadership experience to drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and support the firm’s continued growth. She began her career with Stan Johnson Company, later acquired by Northmarq, where she built extensive expertise partnering with executive leadership and sales professionals to optimize operations, improve processes, and scale business support functions.
Today, Sarah brings that same strategic and people-focused approach to the accounting industry, helping strengthen internal operations, enhance the client experience, and create the infrastructure that allows LEAP Advisory’s professionals to deliver exceptional service. Her expertise includes business operations, team leadership and development, organizational development, and executive partnership.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Troy University. She resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with her husband, Casey. Together, they are proud parents of four adult children.
With 15 years of experience in accounting, Chelsi is a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant specializing in providing comprehensive financial solutions. She has worked with businesses of all sizes across a range of industries, including construction, financial services, investment companies, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, and employee benefit plans.
Chelsi earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting, as well as her Master of Science in Accounting, both from Oklahoma State University.
A native of Tulsa, Chelsi enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their three sons.
Teri has 15 years of experience in all levels of accounting including, but not limited to, accounts payable /receivables management, cash management, general ledger accounting, and consolidation. She also has experience with various accounting systems, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Teri received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance at Oklahoma State University. She later went back to school to focus on accounting and earned her CPA in 2018.
Teri was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and spends most of her spare time with her husband and three kids.
Callie is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in both public accounting and corporate finance, including serving as a Controller. She partners with business owners to strengthen accounting processes, enhance financial reporting, and provide the insights needed to make confident business decisions.
Her expertise includes financial statement audits, GAAP reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and operational accounting, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational challenges growing businesses face. Callie combines technical accounting expertise with a practical, client-focused approach to help organizations build stronger financial foundations and achieve long-term success.
Callie earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Missouri State University and currently resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas with her husband and their dog.
Andy is an Account Advisor at LEAP Advisory with more than 15 years of accounting and financial leadership experience. His background includes public accounting and private industry, serving clients across a diverse range of sectors, including oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining LEAP Advisory, Andy served as Controller for a multi-entity oil and gas company, where he led financial reporting, managed external audits, and partnered with leadership to provide financial insights that supported strategic business decisions. He brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to accounting, helping clients strengthen their financial operations and make informed decisions with confidence.
Jennifer has 26 years of experience in all levels of accounting including, but not limited to, accounts payable /receivables management, cash management, general ledger accounting, and consolidation. She also has experience with various accounting systems, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and NetSuite.
Jennifer has extensive experience in ERP implementations and data migrations. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting at Colorado Technical University.
Jennifer was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and spends most of her spare time traveling with her husband.
As a CPA and CFA charter holder, Jason brings more than a decade of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance, data science, and risk management.
Through Maloney Analytics LLC, he partners with organizations to deliver strategic data analytics and financial advisory services, combining technical expertise with data-driven insights to help clients navigate complex business challenges and make informed decisions.
Jason holds a BS Business Administration from Trinity University, both MBA and MS Finance degrees from The University of Tulsa, and an MS Analytics degree from Georgia Tech. A Tulsa native, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and volunteering as a cub scout den leader.
Harold spent the first 21 years of his professional career in various sales and sales management roles at International Business Machines. He later transitioned to a sales leadership role at Stan Johnson Company, a commercial real estate investment sales company. During his tenure as Managing Partner at SJC, he led the team’s expansion growing from $5 Million in annual sales to over $80M annually before the sale of the company in October 2022 to Northmarq. Harold stayed on with Northmarq to ensure a smooth transition before retiring at the end of 2023 and he currently serves on several boards in Tulsa.
Harold is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife Connie have three sons and their wives and 5 grandchildren and everyone resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Jay has over 35 years of executive leadership experience spanning Healthcare Laundry Services, Car Rental, Franchising, Energy Services, Manufacturing, Distribution Services, and Public Accounting. He was named President and CEO of Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa in August 2023, after previously providing financial consulting services to the organization. Prior to this role, he served as President and CFO of Linen King, LLC, a provider of healthcare laundry services across a six-state region. His responsibilities throughout his career have included finance, accounting, administration, and operations.
Jay is widely regarded as an effective communicator known for innovation, analytical thinking, sound business judgment, and taking prudent business risks. He is recognized for inspiring service excellence and building high-performing teams across all levels of an organization. Jay’s background also includes extensive experience in executive management and financial leadership across diverse industries. He lives in Tulsa with his family.
John has over 35 years of experience, primarily providing services to companies involved in all segments of the energy industry. John was an audit partner with Grant Thornton for 18 years. John also worked as the U.S. Controller for Vintage Petroleum and Vice President and Controller for Lariat Petroleum. He started his career with Arthur Andersen in 1987. In 1992, John served on a World Bank team of petroleum industry specialists in Romania that developed an upstream petroleum sector restructuring strategy for the Romanian Government. John has served Vice Chairman of the Tulsa Area United Way, two terms as President of the Petroleum Accountant Society Of Oklahoma and was a member of Leadership Tulsa Class XXIII.
John has degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Oklahoma State University. In 2015 John was inducted into Oklahoma State’s Wilton T. Anderson Accounting Hall of Fame. John, his wife and two adult children all live in Tulsa.
